My Background

My background is in golf, where I spent 13 years as a PGA Professional. In that business, you learn quickly that knowing someone’s name isn’t the same as knowing them. You have to understand what matters to them, earn their confidence, and deliver an experience that makes them want to come back.

How I Work

That’s the approach I brought into real estate more than 10 years ago. I enjoy meeting people, figuring out what they’re trying to accomplish, and putting the pieces together to help them get there.

Working with Kevin, I bring another perspective to decisions and practical support throughout the transaction. I’m comfortable asking questions, talking through options, and stepping in where something needs attention.

I want clients to feel comfortable reaching out to either of us and confident that we’re communicating with each other. The benefit of working together should show up in their experience: useful advice, clear next steps, and follow-through.

Where I Work

I’m originally from Morehead City, and I’ve lived in Wake County for the last 18 years. Living in Fuquay-Varina gives me a strong connection to southern Wake County and the nearby communities.

I work throughout Wake County and surrounding areas, including Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Durham, Louisburg, and Harnett County.

One area I think more buyers should look at is Willow Spring, just outside Fuquay-Varina.
