My Background
My professional foundation was built on the front lines of high-end hospitality. After graduating from NC State in 2010, I managed the complex logistics of 4-Diamond hotels in Greensboro. From hosting touring artists and their crews to executing high-stakes weddings, I learned early on that when details are paramount, there is no second chance to get it right.
I later transitioned back to the Outer Banks, working for a boutique firm managing luxury oceanfront vacation rentals. In that environment, owners and guests expected the world—and we delivered consistently. That is where I earned my real estate license and learned the true meaning of property stewardship.
The Transition
When my son was born in 2016, I shifted gears into full-time Residential Sales and never looked back. I realized that the same skills required to manage a luxury hotel or an oceanfront estate were exactly what was missing in traditional real estate: A well-thought-out process performed with grace.
Today, I use that background to handle the heavy lifting for my clients. Whether we’re bringing in professional appraisers for exact measurements or leveraging deep market data, my focus is on controlling the variables so you can focus on your next chapter.
