In a high-velocity market, efficiency is paramount. Using Doorify and hyper-local metrics, we determine the Market Velocity—exactly how quickly we must tour a property after it is listed. We ensure you have equal access to all inventory matching your physical and geographic parameters.

3. Science-Backed Negotiation

With exclusive access to proprietary internal metrics from Coldwell Banker Advantage—drawn from one of the region’s largest private transaction databases—we ground your offer in market science rather than emotion. This firm-level intelligence allows us to analyze market patterns that exist outside the public MLS.

4. Technical Feasibility Study

The Due Diligence phase is your opportunity to audit the physical and legal characteristics of the property. We facilitate the investigation of structural components and systems. By modeling a Projected Valuation Range during our initial analysis, we aim to minimize financing surprises. Note: All valuation projections are professional opinions based on market data; final appraisals are determined by independent licensed appraisers.
