Kevin Gracey grew up moving — Gaithersburg, Maryland to the Outer Banks of NC in high school. He knows firsthand what a relocation means to a family, and that perspective has shaped how he works with clients ever since.

He studied at NC State, interned with a vacation property manager on the Outer Banks, and spent several years in hotel management before earning his real estate license in 2014. The hospitality background stuck — he runs a detail-oriented, client-first practice that treats every transaction as a reflection of a larger life decision.

Over the past decade-plus, Kevin has worked with both buyers and sellers across the Triangle and beyond. He’s direct about pricing, honest about market conditions, and personally invested in outcomes — not just closings.
